they told me it would fit the NX model, even though it doesn’t specify in the product description. But the holes in the bottom of the baskets are meant to align with the two models they stated, and the only way to get them to align with the NX model is to turn it sideways, which it’s clearly not meant to do. and I honestly wish I hadn’t bought them. I could return them.

I love the customer service. The back basket is awesome however I haven't had the time to install the front yet as there are more components and we have been quite busy as of late. I will let you know once I have installed. So far, the bikes are awesome and customer service hands down amazing.
