MIHOGO NX

The bike came while packaged and easy to assemble. Shipping time good and it was nice that shipping was free. The bike comes with two batteries which makes it great to have extended range as well as having one battery to charge while using the other one. Don't forget test the rotor is freshly messiness and well still have grains of metal on it. So don't touch it with your hands because the edges are sharp and the oil from your hands will make your besides squeaky (all e/bikes are this way). Instead after installing the wheel use a paper towel with rubbing alcohol to clean the rotor, do this before testing the breaks and do front and nesh rotors.

The bike could be reside too cold but honestly all folding bikes are more difficult than the videos look, you just get better at it. This is a great bike if you are tall or looking to lose extra weight. As it carries up to 500 something pounds and can be adjusted to 210 cm or 6'11". I'm 6'5" and 285 it works perfectly for me. I do recommend getting the shock absorbing seat post. Also buy a more comfortable seat on Amazon. Not that the one that comes with it isn't fine but if it's comfortable you will use it more often. I love the dual shock absorbers one on the front wheel forks and another one on the rear frame. It masks for a more comfortable ride. I do wish that the 4" tires had a more aggressive tread, the toes are good but they are meant for city driving so I worry about lose gravel and wet pavement.

I wish the bike frame has a built in place to add a water bottle holder like some other models from other brands. So you will need to buy a third party bike handle water bottle holder.

The display is bright and easy to read. I like the settings especially where you can set a password and Bluetooth locking/unlocking. The app could use a little work though. The pedal assist works great, I recommend turning it off and on as you are at the top of hills and flat surfaces. It extends your batteries and provides better exercise for your effort. I don't recommend the baskets they make the bike harder to fold and store. Instead get the saddle bags. The folding pedals are a nice touch to make the bike easier to put in the back of your car.

Mihogo should consider making their bikes out of carbon fiber to make them more light weight.

All in all I have researched 100 bikes in their price catagory and this is the best one that I could find and it hasn't let me down. If you were worried that it will be too tall for you bear in mind that my 4 foot 57-year-old son can ride it and so can my 11-year-old 5 foot one daughter together. They put 50 miles on the bike the first weekend that I owned it.

Very easy to assemble, with minimum adjustments. We went on a 14 mile ride to test out the bikes. The bike are very easy to get on and off. They are a big help with hill climbing. I found that the bike have a smooth ride on the road but a little ruff on a dirt road.
Over all the bike are great for us. Love them

The bike has a beautiful design. Ergonomic is very accurate too. I think every parts in this bike was well builder like the folding system and the components (motor, shimano changer suspension and disc brakes ). I feel so glad with this choice. Thanks Mihogo..

Despite the major delays in production 8 weeks. I bought this bike for the light frame and features that it came with. The quality seems to be sound. Too soon to tell about the battery quality. Overall a very good quality bike. Having hydraulic brakes makes a huge difference when stopping or slowing down. I had thought that when I ordered the NX that it did not come with fenders or a rear bike rack but it did. Which was really nice to see. I did however purchase the mag wheels but it came with spoked wheels. Kind of surprised as it changes the look that I was expecting. Not sure how they did not get that right but with that said the spokes can be trued if the wheel gets damaged or out of balance where the mag wheel cannot.

I placed the preorder knowing it would be a wait, but it is well worth it a week into taking delivery. It is truly a beautiful bike - although it does not have the cool mag wheels on the earlier demo models. I have a cool comparison e-bike, as I ordered my wife a Rattan LF 750 at the same time. Both cost exactly the same, and I been riding hers a lot the last few months. The Mihogo looks better, rides better, stops better, and has a more natural feel when in the pedal assist mode. Where is does lag behind the Rattan in sheer power and torque - that thing is a beast. I think my wife would prefer mine because hers is a little too jump start for her taste, with one great caveat… The NX uses it’s derailleur much better, as I was able to continue working in pedal assist well past 20 mph without spinning. I am a big guy, and it works the hills well with a little push.
I was also happy that the bike shipped with fenders and a really nice back rack. One of the photos show it nestled into my Mazda 3 back hatch, on the way to some north woods riding.
