So far we are not impressed with how MIHOGO does business. The advertised 24/7 support is lacking and getting a timely response is a hit and miss frustrating mind game.
You see. we purchased a MIHOGO X1 with the 2 (two) battery option on May 10. We took receipt of bike within the 5 day delivery window, and right before the Mother's Day Weekend
We, however, were missing the SECOND battery. As of May 25 we still don't have a second battery.
We purchased the bike for an intended use on Mother's Day.. That didn't happen,
Now we are approaching Memorial Day.. it doesn't appear we will get the second battery in time to enjoy the bike on Memorial Day.. That is unacceptable. Is it or isn't it?
When a company takes an order, we expect the order to ship complete, and not partial ship. And that is exactly what happened.
Based on the return policy published by MIHOGO, we can elect to return the bike if the odometer has less than say 20 miles. Well, our odometer is less than 1 mile. Assuredly we will put on the miles and put the X1 to the test once we receive the SECOND BATTERY and not before.
For anyone considering buying from MIHOGO because of the second battery option and aggressive pricing, this appears to be a start up company with limited staff. Customer service after the sale, and warranty work likely will be a nightmare IMO.
